Compressor soundproofing

Have just set up a dental surgery with a Durr Tornado 70 compressor (usually 67db) It has been placed in the corner of a floorlevel kitchen cupboard, with concrete/block walls making the corner and a worktop over.
The installation has turned out louder than anticipated and whilst Durr can supply a soundproofing cabinet it is too large to fit inside the original kitchen cabinet.

Any ideas on which materials to use. Sounproofing materials can be applied to the walls, doors and worktop.

I need to make it as quiet as possible
