I am trying to complete a new home theatre as a basement subgrade conversion. The room is 31x33! The walls are poured concrete which have been waterproofed with UGL drylock and the floor sealed with the UGL concrete polymer sealant. The walls have been energy-wrapped with foiled-backed fiberglass insulation. The ceiling is an open joist system. The walls have already been studed-out. Practical suggestions?

Dennis,

Looks like you have a good plan, but  click on the URL below and read this Basement scenario for more insight on basement soundproofing. Thanks Dennis.
