soundproofing timber building

I have a timber outbuilding at my new house, and I want to use it as a practice room for my drums.

The walls are constructed of 3"x3" timber frame, with tonge and groove timber inside and outside, with rockwool insulation in between. I don't want to lose too much space inside the building, so I would like to avoid building a "room within a room". I accept that there will be some sound leakage, but I only want to use it at civilised hours, and as long as I've made a reasonable effort to reduce the noise as much as possible, I think my neighbours will be ok with it. I would like to achieve good results fo as low a cost as possible. Could you give me some ideas as to how to go about this?
