Bass Guitar and common wall townhouse

I have read the other messages, and some come close, but not close enough.  My next door townhouse neighbor plays bass guitar and practices at home.  The guitar is amplified and has three BIG speakers.  The common wall - even though concrete block - does nothing to block the incredible vibrations and sound.  The place does not vibrate, it rumbles!  The dishes rattle and I'm afraid they will fall out.  I'm not kidding the vibration and the sound is incredible.  I have talked with him, but I don't think it about the transmission of vibration and sound.  I really need help!  I couldn't sell the place with this problem.  Thanks.
Ed

I've heard that people will pay for a 2 weeks vacation to get someone to not be present while the place is for sale....

Seriously, noise like that must be controlled at the source.
