Racquetball Court Soundproofing

We have two a racquetball courts that have been combined to create a weight room.  Unfortunately, the acoustics are horrible - as you can imagine!

What would be a good, cost effective way to soundproof the room so that the noise is abatted to a normal level?

Please e-mail me at dennis.snelling@utoledo.edu

Thanks,

Dennis

The cheapest way to add absorbancy to a room is with curtains.  We have some used ones on the website that are very inexpensive and do a good job of reducing sound reverb and reflection.

See

Except for the more massive ones, they are sold for just $1 per inch of width.
