How can I further reduce Impact Noise
« on: August 22, 2005, 03:01:25 PM »

We live in a detatched house, and sleep is constantly disturbed by impact noise. (Car doors etc).

Secondary glazing (Soundproof Interior Window) (7.5mm acoustic glass) has already been installed, and while it made a big difference to road noise the difference to impact noise is negligible.

Is there anything else I can do to bring the level of the impact noise down.

Thanks

Adam
