A New Coop and the same old question
« on: August 29, 2005, 06:45:51 PM »
Hi All,

I'm 27 and don't know much about home repair and stuff. I have a very noisy dog who barks A LOT! I'm very concerned about my move to my new coop. I really want hardwood floors but I'm concerned about noise. I've been to that website that sells the sound proofing products but I just don't understand it all. When I go to buy my hardwood floors can't I just tell them to make them soundproof?

Just my opinion, but it may be easier to either train your dog not to bark or get him one of those collars that sprays him when he barks.

The vet can also perform a simple operation to quiet his barking or you can have a dog trainer do it.  That would be simpler than remodeling and soundproofing the floor. :-/
