HVAC connected rehearsal rooms

I work in an arts center with newly remodled rehearsal rooms.  We have HVAC ducts connecting rooms together in a straight line, so sound can easily travel through into ajoining rooms.  I've considered a liquid treatment, but I don't know how effective it would be considering that there are no curves in the ductwork and the close proximity of the rooms.  I also think an exterior wrap wouldn't absorb sound well under these conditions.  Do I need to create baffles inside the duct?  How would I do that?  Are there any other advice / products you would recomend?  Perhaps if I knew more about your liquid treatments I could make a better decision.  Thanks!
