2nd Floor Laudry

Moving washer and dryer from garage to 2nd story room.  The floor is currently plywood substrate from which we removed as best as possible adhesive applied linoleum.  We expect there to be some noise/vibration emanating from the washer/dryer.  Objective is to put new flooring surface down over the plywood and before the pans are installed.  We would like to reduce as much potential noise/vibration transfer from the floor as possible.  Intent was to install ceramic tile over concrete backer boards screwed to the plywood.  What sound proofing product do we add to the floor application in order to block as much noise/vibration as possible?  Should we consider installing a different type of flooring altogether to achieve better sound proofing?
