Hi

First post on this forum, and have a very noisy upstairs neighbour in a block of flats. She plays music late at night, sings karaoke, stomps around and shouts like a banshee. So I;m getting the whole gambit of noise types...

I'm thinking of trying some 'noise cancelling' or noise reduction headpohones. How well do these work and anyone else tried them? I've heard they are quite good, and the anti-noise tech can be turned on even without music.

Failing that, will go for some silencer ear muffs as advertised here http://www.soundproofing.org/sales/ear_muffs.htm. For my noise problem, what would be best option? Would they work at blocking out shouting? Need to be comfortable enough for sleeping in.

Glad found this forum, really helps to hear others have the same problem. Thanks in advance for any help.

The silencer earmuffs we sell are returnable if they don't work for you...
