man soundproofing an existing wall

I own a condo and i can hear my neigbors thru the wall. It is sheetrock and is 13'-4"L X 8'-0"H any suggestions.

If you're dealing primarily with airborne sound then adding 2 layers of MLV with self-adhesive will block a significant amount of that noise.  Add a sheet of drywall to finish your wall.  If you want more reduction then add Green Glue with a second sheet of drywall
