I am renting a condo and the entire ground floor is tile and the stairs leading up to the loft and the loft itself are carpet. the problem is, the loft is directly over the living room which is right next to the back sliding glass door. now, the house backs up to a 4-lane highway intersection. the hole in my loft that backs up to the highway is approx. 12ft. W x 5ft. H.  WHAT CAN I DO?
I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING!!!!!!  I HAVEN'T SLEPT IN 2 WEEKS!!!!!!
HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!
