Help me for impact noises after viewing photos.

I have the common problem of impact noises.



I have taken some photos of  false and main cieling of



my apartment but dont know how to share them with



experts to get advise for reducing footfall and furniture dragging.

For the benefit of those who face a similar problem, the closer you get to the source of the noise will improve the results.  If your neighbor is willing to add an impact underlay that may reduce the noise before it gets into your structure.  Otherwise, you may need to conside a floating ceiling.

A floating ceiling refers to a combination of sound clips (SSP Clips) with drywall furring channel (DWFC) and the assembly illustrated on the following page:
