i'm looking to soundproof the ceilings in my condo from free fall/impact noise. Has anyone had any experience or knowledge of Supress Sound engineered drywall? the manufacture's claim it's very good.

It is good, but it's damn expensive, too.  You can get similar results by using Green Glue and adding a second layer of drywall, and paying a lot less.

John, thanks for the info. So all I do is apply the Green glue to some drywall and attach it to the ceiling's? is this enough to reduce or stop impact noise?

Well, it would be better to tear off the old ceiling, get some insulation in the joist cavities and mount the 2 layers of drywall on resilient channel/clips, but that is a lot of work, and mess and dust....  Doubling up the drywall with Green Glue should help some.
