What can you suggest for these two problems.  In our new, rented office ( which echoes because of high ceilings, tile floors, and little soft furniture ) we have an office mate whose voice is very loud.  How can we dampen the sound from his office, and how can we dampen the echo?  Carpeting is not an option.  Thanks!
