Projector enclosure.

We are a custom home theatre design company.
Our client needs to have a 100% (or as closely as possible) soundproof enslosure for their front projector.
The outside of this "box" doesn't need to be pretty (that's the millwork guys job)
But there are some "needs":
- projector must be serviceable (ie, I guess the "box needs to be removable)
- active ventilation will be built into the rear of the box (fans and such)

Thanks for any advice,

Tim

Be aware that you will NOT get 100% soundproofing especially if you have ventilation fans in the box.
We recommend you use Closed Cell Foam mat adhered on the inside of the box.

The first chart you see also 1" thickness minimum.
You might want to consider a box in a box system shown on this link.

to reduce noise levels exiting the ventilation system.
