Echo in Concrete Building with Lots of Windows

I am the facilities manager for a small educational institution in Costa Rica.  We have a large building made entirely of concrete with ceramic floors and lots of windows.  My question is regarding vinyl film for the windows.  Will that help to reduce echo?

Putting vinyl on the window will not help with your echo problem, you need to change the ratio of hard surface to soft surface area. Foam panels on the walls, Baffles if the ceiling is high enough, you need to absorb the sound waves that are bouncing around the room.
