Author Topic: Looking for deflector to send noise back to it's origin  (Read 517 times)

In a close situation such as a condo, is there such a thing as a deflector that would return the sound of a crying baby or people talking outside late at night etc back to the source it's origin? And could the sound be amplified to hasten the source to cease?
