Band Practise Room in a Room help

Hi i have been looking into building a practise room for my band at the end of my garden (4mx 4.5m avaible space) and have come up with this.

Concerte base - thick polystyrene sheets , chip board, carpet

out side room Walls - 2 x thick sheets of some type of wooden board
                             some kind of thick insulation
                             some kind of rubber base sheet matieral
                             2 x thick sheets of some type of wooden board   

Gap - dead space between both rooms

Inside room walls - 2 x thick sheets of some type of wooden board
                          Celotex Cavity Wall Board http://www.wickes.co.uk/Celotex-Cavity-Wall-Board/invt/190546
                          2 x thick Soundshield Plaster Board http://www.wickes.co.uk/Soundshield-Board/invt/224657
                          carpet floor tiles stuck all over the walls

ceilings same as walls

doors - 2 x Double glazed glass doors ( to let in natural light )

i am baseing my room on this kind of design this guy has done http://www.musicroomplans.info/

would this be ok? my main concern is my drum kit i want to be able to play with out distrubing anyone
