Polyisocyanaraate is manufactured by Atlas Energy Product. An insulation guy calls it rigid board and says it rigidity promotes sound blocking better than drywall. Anyone heard of this stuff? Does anyone know its STC or true db loss at 125 through 2k Hz?

The manufacturer should/must be able to tell you this!
