Can you hear TV noise (travelling) in a new Condo

Watching TV from the bedroom, at sleeping hours.
Should i be able to turn the movie up and immerse myself in it. Its a constant noise daily so i need to know, would relieve alot of stress.

Its a brand new condo, don't even gym equipment in there yet. It was built by a company.

So how does tv noise travel in a condo. will it travel to below, above, or if i end up getting a different condo from the wall to their wall.
Would you be able to hear it.

Adding: The building, Its a wood frame

If you're watching a movie in the middle of the night and want to really crank it, give your neighbors a break and get some headphones...
