Is there any way to put sound absorbent foam of some sort into the walls without taking down the plaster and replastering or putting up drywall.  Is the injectable stuff reliable?  What about the fireblocks?
Thank you

People call here all the rime and ask what can be done, as they've done that and the result was NOT worth the expense.  The best system is to take down the drywall, but you can apply sound blocking on the existing wall, put up resilient channel and foam mat on the inside of drywall that goes on the channel.
