Building a Film Studio and Soundproofing

Hello everyone, I have a few questions that I hope you guys can help me out with. I am opening a film studio in MA I have a few questions about soundproofing. Its 4,800 square feet of open warehouse space with 20 foot ceilings. It is a metal prefabricated building. There are three bay doors, four 4X4 windows and two metal entrance doors. There is a major highway about 400 feet from the studio. Below is a link to a video of what it sounds like from inside and what the space looks like (please ignore the crude film making). As you can hear in the video the highway is an issue. What we would like to do is make this as silent as possible, we do realize that it will not be completely silent with out spending big bucks but we would like to cut down the noise as much as possible for the most reasonable amount of money. What do you guys think the best way of going about soundproofing this is?
