What's the STC rating for blown in fiberglass insuation?

No, but we had our place insulated with blown in cellulose with good results.......

Blown in products are basically a minimum way of stopping the standing wave with in the cavity, So when you want to evaluate this type of product you should be looking for its NRC (noise reduction coefficient) rating, This tells you the value of absorption, the greater the number the more it absorbs.

Remember this only assists the cavity, it does not address the true fastest path that sound takes to go through the assembly.
