Soundproofing backyard

Hello, I have a house that backs up to a busy road. The lot sits on a little hill above the road with a wood fence surrounding my yard. The house sits about sixty feet from the road so there isn't much noise when you are in the house. When you are in the backyard there is quite a bit of noise. I have seen some products that you can attach to the wood fence that helps absorb the noise. Didn't know if anyone knew of anything I can use or any suggestions. Thank you.

There are materials you can use but first you must make sure they are going to work based on a few  variables.

Height of wall and line of site
elevation / topography
distance from source to wall
density of wall
and finally the distance from wall to receiver.

Due to the complexity of this type of sound problem, it is best discussed over the phone for a clear explanation.
feel free to contact me direct.
