New Penthouse Construction

Hello, I just purchased an unfinished penthouse condo and would appreciate some advice.

The drywall is up but the floors are unfinished and we will have a combination of wood floors and carpet.  The condo features "superior" sound insulation but I have not asked what that means.
Although the Architect mentioned some type soundproofing for the floor.

At this point, I would like to know what I should ask for/expect as far as proper soundproofing is concerned.

Best thing to do at this point Before you install any flooring is to find out what the current floor/ceiling assembly you have and see if they can provide an FIIC rating. (Field Impact Isolation Coefficient).
Also ask for STC rating if available. STC(Sound Transmission class)
From there we can give a better idea of what you might be able to do to improve the system IF need be.
