Snoring neighbor upstairs

I live in a co-op apartment in NYC. We recently paid a soundproofing company to build a wall between our bedroom and the neighbor. It's been quite effective but we've now realized that the snoring that's been keeping us up is coming from the upstairs apartment. We don't have the money to soundproof our ceiling but we're hoping we can split the cost of having our neighbor put carpeting and padding down. I'm not so concerned with impact noise, though we do hear their footsteps, but I'd really like to block out the airborne noise. What would be the best product to do so, considering they have wood floors and we can't ask them to tear them up?
