How to attach window foam to backer board?
« on: July 07, 2013, 03:42:06 PM »

I purchased some 2" window foam from you guys and was wondering how I should attach it to the backer board? Should I use glue, nails, spray adhesive, or something else? The piece is 45"x47" to fit in the window of my control room (recording studio).

Thx

You can use spray adhesive (loktite heavy duty / 3m super 90) you can use construction adhesive like premium PL or liquid nail or contact cement.
no matter what you use make sure you allow 24 hours drying time to insure a tight bond.
