Walls Windows and Doors

Hello, I record YouTube Videos in my room and the mic is facing the window in my room, my room faces the street and although there is no honking there is the noise of cars passing by and occasionally music and motorcycles. Also, my door is sound resistant but the air space under it dosen't help. Also I don't think echo or sound getting through the walls is a problem but I want some sound proofing stuff in case.

I want to eliminate the noise from cars passing my house I want to make a "air tight" seal or some type of way to prevent noise from getting past my door without replacing it and I want some sound pannels or something I can easily put on the walls to prevent sound from escaping / echo.

I don't have a ton of money and the noise from the road is not that bad, and although people downstairs cant hear me I will be recording horror games soon so I don't want my screams to bother other people. If the tv is on downstairs I can almost literally scream at the top of my lungs and they can't hear me. That was before I had a handle on my door.

Sorry this is so long I want to state that this is a low budget project and I don't want to have to drill any holes in my wall is possible. I will not be replacing the door or the window.
