Noise cancelling/absorbing "bag"

I want to know if it's possible to create a bag containing sound absorbing material, so something one could yell into with all their volume, and it would almost completely absorb the sound. It would be sort of like the opposite of noise cancelling headphones. What would be the best material to use for something like this?

ok, well essentially your talking about a pillow......

Now if your trying to keep the noise in the pillow you must have a bag that has a lot of mass value..
I have never made a bag from mass loaded vinyl but there is always a first...
you would have to remove your head to breath...

if you try to build it and it works let me know.

or call me direct.
