What are the best materials to absorb or reflect ultrasound in the 20khz - 50khz range?

For ultrasound, Bone or metals can block or distort ultrasound waves.
These are known as aberrating layers, however I highly doubt you would be able to completely cover the body to reduce this.
And keep in mind that you will not be able to block 100% that will be impossible.
