vocal room

I operate a studio out of my home.  I converted my dry sauna into a vocal room.  It works very well except there's a slight vibration on certain frequencies and amplitudes coming from the heater.  I don't want to remove the heater.  Can I hang small foam panels to partially absorb the sound to solve my problem?
