Window seals?
« on: April 27, 2002, 08:34:13 PM »
I replaced all the thermal panes in my apartment this year, as they were all cloudy.  The sliding frames do not seem to close tightly.  The building is old, and nothing is square.  Is there something I could apply, resembling a transome seal, on the interior right vertical edge of my window frames?  I still need to be able to open the windows.  I have similar problems with the glass sliding doors.
Thanks.

The self adhesvie tape we sell should do it- it comes in 1" and 2" widths, but can be cut into narrow strips to seal the gap.
