Does anyone out there know anything about the product  Noiskiller 118.  Found the website of the manufacturer and it sound like something that can be applied to the casement of the motor on my treadmill - just moved to an apartment on the 2nd floor and am afraid to use it because of disturbing the neighbors.  Any suggestions??
