Noise reduction for office equipment

Does anyone know if I can get some type of noise reduction pad for a postage meter for my office? I would like to put the meter near the receptionist, so that she can meter all outgoing mail, however, the pitney bowes meter we have is a little noisy and I thought possibly a 1" pad of some type may help to diminish some of the noise.

Laurie,

You could construct an enclosure to go around at least 3 sides of the Pitney Bowes machine. You could line the inside of the enclosure with some of the closed cell foam and that would help to absorb the noises coming from your stamp metering machine. If you need further details, please feel free to give me a call. Thanks Laurie.
