Title: Soundproofing an office - ceiling panels?
Post by: Lindsey Fischer on July 07, 2004, 11:44:38 PM
I work in an office where we have partitions set up to divide up the different rooms.  The problem is that these partitions are relatively thin and come up about two feet short of the ceiling, so even with the carpeted floors, noise travels very easily across the entire office.  Our idea is to hang ceiling panels to absorb more noise, but we're not sure what kind of a product would work for this or if that is even the best idea.  Any suggestions?

You can use hanging baffles hung from the ceiling between the cubicels.
