Title: soundproof a shoebox for science project
Post by: j. kopp on November 19, 2004, 10:21:27 PM
My daughter has a science project due soon where we need to soundproof a standard shoebox. space is limited as the tape player will be placed in the box with the volume up. I'm thinking about a layer of drywall, then ceiling tile, then foam padding (like for a mattress pad) on the innermost layer. Will this work? Any ideas?  Nothing can be added to the outside of the box. Thanks.
