Title: Refrigirator SoundProofing
Post by: Marie on March 25, 2005, 08:55:40 PM
Hello,

I also have noisy upstairs neighbors but I will have to live with it.

My question is for my fridg. It is very noizy and since there is no walls on both side of the fridg it is even more noisy. Is there a way I can put something under and behind that will absore some of the noise.
Thanks

Is the noise that you are hearing from vibration or the sound of the refridgerator itself? If it is a vibration problem then vibration pads would be the solution to start with. The dimple vibration pads with the foam backing would be the ticket. These pads are inexpensive (4 for 19.95 plus shipping) and available at Super Soundproofing Inc. @ www.soundproofing.org or call the order desk toll free at 888-942-7723.
