Title: moving to an upstairs to my parents
Post by: Rich Nebeling on April 04, 2005, 08:04:36 AM
I might be moving in the upstairs apartment in my house.  The problem is, I will be above my parents, and they can hear a lot from my grandma who is up there now.  They can hear her cat running around at night time, so I want to install something underneath the floor and carpets to reduce the sound.  I need something that works very good

please help :-)

Mass Loaded Vinyl / MLV with foam backing should do the trick for your problem.
