Title: Soundproofing a shooting range
Post by: Lance LWright on June 20, 2005, 04:50:29 PM
How do we install the soundproofing material. We have 1/2", 1 1/2", and 2" material to be put around windows, doors, etc... and are wondering if we put it up and then cut around the opening or do we need to do the measuring and then put up the material.

It's easiest to measure and cut.  Make it oversized an inch or so to make it a press fit.  NO GAPS!
