Title: Cargo Van
Post by: garandman on August 10, 2005, 08:13:11 PM
We have a Chevy Express Cargo van and want to insulate the sides and roof of the cargo area against heat flow and noise, and the wheel wells for noise. The long side and roofi is roughly 4' x 10' - the "short" side is about 6'. We use the vehicle winter and summer throughout New England, so the temperature range is -25 to 100.

Thank you

Suggest you review "How to Soundproof a vehicle". http://www.soundproofing.org/infopages/hoodliner.htm
Remember to check under the hood. Is there a soundproofing material attached to the hood. If not, add one. This will help reduce sound coming from engine area up thru the hood and into the cabin thru the windsheild.
