Adam:

Soundproofing a garden shed that has live music played inside of it, is not a simple inexpensive problem to try and solve.

Inorder to stop the sound from annoying the neighbors, one would have  to encapsulate the sound being made.

This would involve the use of materials that are either sound barriers and/or sound absorbers.

You may want to investigate looking at a web site that discusses soundproofing for a music room etc.
