Anyone using Auralex Sheet-blok in their studio to improve STL levels ?

That product is simply MASS LOADED VINYL ... quality of MLV is based on density value..ours is 1.97
We use MLV is almost every project to improve noise reduction.

And it will improve the STC value of your assembly depending on how you use it....sandwiched or attached to studs limpid in the wall.

since you use both products, how does greenglue compare to mass loaded vinyl?
