Title: Rubber or Steel Pucks to Isolate Soundproof Box?
Post by: Iaman on September 20, 2016, 05:10:05 AM
If I wanted to build a large sound-minimizing box, and raise it off the floor a couple inches, what would be good spacer material to use?  I'm thinking rubber pucks or cut pieces of steel pipe.  Steel has more mass than rubber, but somehow rubber seems like the better solution.

Considering building a sound-minimizing sleeping box.  Thanks.

we carry neoprene pucks , they are not on our shopping cart so you will need to call in and ask for our waffle pads or f-step pucks depending on weight.
