Title: Sounding proofing floors
Post by: Madesyn on January 12, 2001, 08:52:58 PM
I have hardwood floors on the 1st floor and would like to put some kind of material under the area rug to stop the footstep noise that is heard when you are in the basement.  Is there any material that can be used, that is not bulky?
