Title: Resilient channels
Post by: Paul Leo on May 20, 2003, 01:33:00 AM
I am hanging resilient channels on a cathedreal cealing.  I want to know if I can hang them paralell instead of horizontal to the studs.

Paul,

On a ceiling it makes little difference if you attach the Resilient channels Perpendicular or parallel to the joists. Either way it will still work.
