Title: Soundproof Garage
Post by: ah2003 on August 26, 2003, 11:02:51 PM
Hello!

Any advice on how to soundproof a garage using non-toxic materials and fairly economically?

Is this a hire-out project or can one DIY?

Do you know an estimate cost and time it would take to complete such a project?

Thanks!

A.H.

Soundproofing your garage is definitely a DIYS job. I would however recommend doing the Room within a room concept. That would entail building a separate independent room within the garage. This makes a lot of the negative aspects of you garage actually become your friend. Go to the links below and read about the room within a room concept. Thanks for the posting A.H.
