RV generator compartment

WE have a motorhome with a small diesel generator (8.0KW) The MH cam from the factory with an eggcrate type commercial soundproofing. Actually more like pyramid foam. Worked very well but the heat and oil fumes have attcked the material and it is breaking into small pieces. Others have replaced this material with a 1 inch vinyl covered product. One of the common brands is Ultra Barrier. I looked for this or a similar product on the net and find that it is very expensive. Can you recommend a suitable product that wont bankrupt me. The approximate dimensions required are 2- 23x26 1- 43x21 and  2-43 x 26.

Thank You

The soundproofing closed cell foam at the top of the page at

works very well and it's very durable.  It's sold off of bulk rolls, so the costs are as reasonable as can be....
